I was born a poor green banana. We were so poor that many times I couldn't pay attention. Then, a miracle, a full grown Banana suit was given to me and now history is being made. I find it exhilarating to be a banana! If I ever grow tired of smiles and laughter, I'll then grow tired of being BM (banana man). Who doesn't smile at a full grown banana walking past? And if I can inspire a smile where just a second ago it did not exist, isn't the world a bit better? This is my life's goal and purpose. |

I was a meek, mild mannered person until one day the call came. The bunch was one banana short and the team needed one more banana for the afternoon. Much to my wife's surprise I yelled "Put me in coach!". That day I discovered that there was a little banana in me yearning to break out and make people smile. Since then, I look forward to putting on the suit that transforms me into one of the bunch that spreads good will throughout the land. |

I have been saloon-hopping for many years now trying to find bananas just like me. After such a long search, I was about to give up when I came across a group of bananas on a bike ride known as RAGBRAI. I took a liking to these bananas and decided go along with them, doing good around the world.

There was a time when this Banana was looking in from the outside. All the other banana's were having so much fun while this banana was ridin the bus playin his guitar. That all changed when this banana was invited to be one of the bunch. How exciting!! Being part of the bunch is something this banana looks forward to every year. This banana is no longer singing the blues alone on the bus!! |
